That never happens. After an election the opposition start fighting to get back into power. That's the democratic process - constant tension and attack of any weaknesses.

If the referendum result had been strong enough with a good plan and strategy for leaving then we would not be in this position where the whole world is laughing at our government.

Democracy is not one result and then you never ever challenge it. That would be a dictatorship.

Democracy is dead in the UK now taken over by anarchy. Much like being in the EU, so we will never notice the difference.

Future plans, for the Brexit minded voters:-

1) Push hard towards the next election, bringing it forward if possible.

2) Check out the candidates to see if they supported your wishes. Don't vote for any who didn't.

3) Ensure a Brexit dominated house gets elected in your name.i.e. ignore, totally, any candidate who thinks he/she is not there to fulfil your wishes.

4) Re-launch Article 50.

5) Make a sensible leaving plan.

6) Leave the EU!

7) Never back down because you have become bored with it all - that's what they plan for!

As it looks now, article 49 will be the UK's future road.

The way you explain democratic process is probably the reason
why we get the childish display we see every Wednesday in the
PMs questions, they must have been to the same school as you.

No I mean what is the detailed plan?

1) What border will we have in NI? How will we stop smugglers and illegals whilst respecting the GFA?

2) What tariffs will we apply to the different sectors under WTO?

3) What per sector standards should apply for FTA with USA? Even if they could be bothered with us.

4) Where will we source our medicines from?

5) What EU institutions do we actually want to leave/remain? e.g. Criminal database, EU GPS system, etc etc Not that we can just cherry pick is it?

We have been in the EU for 40 years plus. It needs a grown up plan drawn up by professionals to leave properly not the likes of Nigel Farage or the pigmies in the ERG.
