Bercow's point was procedural, irrespective of the actual content of May's proposal. She is, simply out of order.I saw on the news today that the Speaker was being followed to work and . . . well, harassed / stalked by some daft camera crew that he just about saved from being hit by a car.
I'd have let the vehicle run the buggers over.
