I don't know why, but when I felt 'snackky' I would reach for a bag of crisps. Nowadays, I'm on a diet and have to make do with a banana.

Graham matey, three bananas chopped in a bowl, with flour, egg, sugar and milk mixed to guey mess, sprinkled with walnuts and placed in an oven - Voila!!! - Banana walnut cake - has to be healthy () as there's bananas in it

That does sound rather tasty Shirley and they are all things which go together like smoked salmon/cream cheese

I would add a dash of horseradish to the mayo and maybe leave out the gerkins

Sounds good, but also sounds too much trouble to make. I like my snacks to be instant. Me being lazy, I guess.
