You know who I really blame for all these riots?The government and the judiciary.
I'd also add the do-gooders who make excuses and demand leniency for such convicts.
The punishments meted out when these criminals are eventually caught are derisory and absolutely no deterrent whatsoever.
I wonder how much worse such behaviour will become as is continues to be encouraged by those who ought to know better.
