I can see your point. I feel despair at the vodka running out cos someone has drunk too much of it. I don't exactly revel in the feeling though - and the sodding shops are shut!

The shops are NOT shut !

Big Tesco's is open 24 hours and the offy down the road + the smaller supermarkets are open for another half hour.

Put on some clothes and venture forth !

Have I got the wrong member here? I thought you were the man who was fit and went on long runs?
If you are the one - then there's nothing you can't do - have flying lessons, go sky diving, plan a big adventure/trip.

I'm sure the boredom is only temporary.
