Glad to hear your getting better although slowly. I know a good night sleeps does you the world of good - I am having rough times sleeping lately and wake every 2 -3 hours swear at the clock then try to get back to sleep, by then it's time to get up and I'm knackered and want to go to sleep. Sometimes I do then before I know it the mornings nearly gone!! Gives Moz a few hours peace anyway to watch his wrestling.
Be good, take care. Speak to you soon.

I've been having those sort of nights lately, don't know why.
Carmen darlin' - the same advice applies - a small tot of Brandy last thing at night might help you to sleep.
UJ when my husband was in hospital in the 70s' he was 'prescribed' a tot of whisky (which came on the meds trolly ) last thing to help him sleep. I don't know if they still do that these days...
Glad to see you on here a bit more Uncle Joe! Keep warm, the cold weather would not help with the pain. Be careful walking around home.
Must be global, I have not slept well for months. My body clock decides to wake me at 4 a.m. no matter what time I go to bed! Not good when one has to go and put in a full day's work. Ah well! The joys of ageing, I guess!! I don't like brandy, Uncle Joe!
