I know nothing about Aspergers.
Greta says:

I'd like to say it is but unless it's carefully managed and hers appears not to be it can mean the person is so convinced they are right, so obsessed with the topic they cannot disengage in a way to actually see a bigger picture. Example my husband notices everything he'd be a great witness he can tell you how many lamp posts, how many bricks in the pavement, exactly what someone was wearing down to each button and how it was sewn onto a garment. But it also means he becomes so obsessed he has to touch each lamp post, each car, each brick etc. It becomes so important he he can't see a bigger picture that he may be going somewhere and needs to keep moving. He has to manage his condition with medication and meditation and exercise. That way he can work and be a useful person.
Now I don't know what greta does for hers but seeing her face the other day I'd suggest she is heading into a bad place soon and her parents should be seeing that and moving her away from the media.
