Steve there is only one good thing I can think of about all that and it's at least you haven't the menopause to add to it all. Having a wonderful time myself with that at the moment.

don't inow if you are at all 'religious' steve but it is at times like these that a very quiet [if ever you have quiet] visit to your local church preferably when it might be empty to have some silent meditation of your own with your own God might be helpful?
