£64 million British Aid Handed to Tyrant

The DFID must be run by imbeciles.

It has handed over £64 million to Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda. He has an appalling human rights record and is suspected of murdering his rivals.
He has assets worth £350 million while people in his country are starving.

The DFID have so much money they simply do not know who to give it to. It often falls into the wrong hands and is not monitored sufficiently.

Some one at the top should stop this waste of taxpayers money. Public outcry is simply ignored.

Elderly dying of Hypothermia every year
Very Low Wage Earners.

The Department should be disbanded and a new efficient one set up with sensible people in charge.

They might as well stand on Street Corners and give money away willy, nilly, or throw it down the drain. Perhaps use £50 notes for toilet paper for all the good a huge percentage does.

Actually if the heads of the DFID worked for a Public Company they would all be given notice, instead of which they get rewarded. Typical
