Out for the day , shopping with nurse Sam and her red Audi tt.

It is cold and wet here again only got up to 19' today and it has virtually rained all day, I measured 45mm for the 24 hours until 9am this morning.

Haven't left the house except for a quick run down to my garage which was the furthest I have ventured. More rain tomorrow then Saturday is supposed to be sunny and warm.

Hope you will fare better.

Crikey Bruce, 19degs here would be a virtual heatwave...

Morning everyone, a bright but cold start again, but with any luck we may make 12 deg later on...

Mum and eldest daughter visiting for lunch today, so nothing else planned.

Good morning everyone a bright start but it has clouded over already no doubt in preparation for a repeat performance of yesterdays hail storms and it is soooo cold .

I might pop to B&Q when I go to vote , the gale the other night mangled my sweet peas so I might get a few more.

I managed to wash all the walls in my long sitting room yesterday I am sad to find how little I can do manually without becoming breathless and totally exhaust, to think I used to be able to work literally day and night

Meg, I empathise with you. It is the pits when you have been active all your life and then get aged. I am finding it exactly the same, difficult to get enthused about anything, just doing what's necessary day by day.
