This may yet be saved. I think I would remove it from the ground and get it inside the garage where I could work on it. Working very carefully, I'd replace all 4 of the vertical struts with pressure treated wood. (That would absolutely prevent any future rot). If the lattice work is still solid, I'd scrape it down and repaint it and re-attach it to the vertical struts. Paint the entire structure and replace it where it was. You may need to repaint the entire structure every few years. Likely that was a major cause of the problem in the 1st place.
