A lot of people on social media are complaining, suggesting they need new script writers, and to get rid of dead wood. And that it is all just laughable nowadays.

Most of the above are in my list because I don't feel anything for their characters and wonder if they've run out of storylines/steam for them.

Some I simply cannot accept/like.

So that's about half the cast list then! LOL.

Perhaps it's time for a new soap?
One set in the West country would be nice!

I think soaps are to blame for some of the family problems in real life. The characters seem to spend a lot of time drinking, breaking laws, changing partners and ignoring their kids. Some people like to emulate what they see on tv.

I used to like "Take the High Road" set in Scotland.

Anyone else watching Classic Emmerdale on ITV3?
How pleasant it was! Kim Tate was attractive in those days now she looks like a "bulldog chewing a wasp" as Les Dawson would say!
Is she supposed to be some sort of mega criminal? Stupid storyline yet again!

Oh Tess, I so agree.
Stupid woman, stupid character, and even more stupid storyline.
I quite liked Graham until they resurrected with her with her fictitious 'hold' over him. Just not believable at all.
