Re: What makes you happy?

When I wake up in a morning I am happy, the alternative is not worth thinking about.

true..... but what made me happy today was a long phone call I received, then the sun coming out and a lovely walk with my dog alongside what was quite a small pond, for some unknown reason now a ruddy big lake, and lo and behold 2 Canada Geese with goslings. Lovely

Re: What makes you happy?

The sun, my garden, a good book. And if I can combine all three at the same time, sheer bliss. It costs very little to make me happy
But first and foremost, my lovely family.

Each to their own!

I hated thunder as a child, if I heard a loud bang I would go into panic mode. However if I was told it was only a WW2mine, which were frequently exploded on the beaches of my island home well into the late 50s, I didn't mind that a bit!
