Re: bubonic plague

LQ I told my daughter to stop sending me stuff shes reading on the internet . My daughter is so feared by it all she keeps reading stuff and it's all fear mongering . Yes its happening and yes its scarey but we cant live the rest of our lifes terrified of plagues and viruses . My daughter is actually making her children afeared as well .

Carry on with your life the best you can . Dont go reading crap news and listening to the news. Just be .

Re: bubonic plague

From the posted Wiki article: Bubonic Plague

"Some historians believe that society subsequently became more violent as the mass mortality rate cheapened life and thus increased warfare, crime, popular revolt, "

Striking similarities to today's Covid pandemic.
