I think one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways we can treat ourselves is just to take the time to ..... well, whatever we want, particularly do nothing.
We've spent a lifetime doing what others want, from being a good girl/boy for our parents, running around after a family, holding down a job etc etc
Just relax - give yourself a treat
