Good Morning everyone.It is a wee bit chilly here today - have put o n a long sleeved shirt for the first time in months - not yet cold enough for CH whatever the cats may think!
Have some die-cutting to do for a friend - that will keep me busy.

Good morning everybody.I've got the day to myself. Tony is off out with Ady for the day.
I was going to join a new walking group today but better give it a miss as cramp in my calf muscles is playing me up. I might just potter about in the garden or see if there's a class I fancy at the leisure centre...

Good Morning from Foxy's World.....A slow five miler this morning but enjoyable, if I have to run slower to put back the enjoyment so be it......I'll start using a calendar instead of a stopwatch.
Clear sky but cruel wind so wore my thin fleece top. Still dark for the first couple of miles, but it'll be lighter when the clocks go back soon....
My next door neighbours funeral today, we moved in next to each other forty six years ago....A very good friend as well as a neighbour, he will be missed...
After I was sent home following my heart attack in 2004 the nurse thought it was me cutting the grass when she came to visit....Tore a strip off him until she realised it was my next door neighbour helping out....
