I would have thought the ICJ would be more appropriate, but even then hasn't the EU broken international laws before now?
In my opinion, it is what they have been doing all along, bluster, demands and threats.
We must also remember that the original WA, upon which they are basing their threats, was written by our top anti-British fifth-columnist, Treason May who, incidentally, is still stamping her feet in parliament. Why her constituents still vote for her I don't know.
No. We should continue to ignore the EU's threats. We are already out of the EU and in three months we shall be a completely independent and sovereign country, free to run our land however we see fit, and that includes Northern Ireland.

It is now becoming apparent that the deal Boris made is considerably worse than the one May had.
It will not be going to the ECJ, it has to go International.
It matters nothing what we think, it is what the Money Markets think.

If the EU don't like anything they yell "unfair". It is amazing how far they will go to stop us leaving. They are so so scared of a huge financial gap in which they will have to dig deeper into their own pockets. This is the real reason, not because of any agreement adjustments they are complaining about02-10-2020, 12:50 PM

Well they'd better get used to it.The Third Reich eventually came to an end too.
