The decorations are down,now will have to wait for son to put them in the attic.Decided to get a new tree for next Christmas.
2018 has been a mix of bad times and good times for me.
No plans to see in the New Year,might stay up or might not!

I made the stew and it was ok so enough for today as well
Chilly one today and I've had a go with duster and hoover so nearly back to normal

Finished clearing up the debris from family visit last night - enough beef left to last us the week! Off to old friends this evening to see the New Year in. Happy New Year all you Welshies!!

Managed to get to the Bank in Brecon with two grandsons to carry the pennies from the Air Ambulance boxes! Then on to have a trot round youngest son's garden, to try and identify what is coming up. He has snowdrops already in the corners, well sheltered and about 500 ft. lower than me!

Son no1 is staying with me at the moment while he sorts some things out.I don't pry-I'm just here for him.

Had a look on my roadside today and I have one clump of snowdrops out too! I was thrilled. Had the engineer here to sort out the Aga (which has been sulking) and glad to have that going well again, it's really cold here tonight.

Its colder here too ,its dry though .
Forgot to tell you I rolled out of bed on Wed night. How do you do that? .Good job I've got a low bed and managed to get myself up and back in !!!
