I feel for you, Muddy and your granddaughter will be upset too no doubt
Is this a council-run pool or private leisure centre? Is there an alternative place nearby you can go to instead?

Re: Online booking

The thing is, all these online forms are only designed to get our details so they can send us lots of crap that we don't need. I bought some blinds online, which were great but then got two emails a day from them for the next two years. How many blinds do I need FFS?

I remember going swimming in the school holidays, most kids did but there was never a problem getting in.

They NEED all your details as you are worth something to them if only as scrap value ... they harvest everything they can about you then sell ‘you’ on to other sites .. you may think your just an old wrinklie but in cyber world your worth something to lots of people

Re: Online booking

Well we went along early and managed to get in .
Lucky we did as it got more and more crowded .They give you a coloured armband as you go in this is how they control the number of people . At a certain time all with a certain colour have to leave .
However I was very happy to leave before my time was up !
There were hundreds of people there .
Of all ages tiny new borns to grannies like me ( not many)
A whole bunch of Muslim ladies with their Burkinis !
One was quite snazzy !
The water is warm and there are flumes /fumes big enclosed slides .so it very popular.
But my goodness there are a lot of us .
What are all these children going to do for a living ?
