1.. a tv,, so I can sit in front of it and reminisce of all the programs I used to watch
2, a PlayStation.. see above
3. A paddle... in the hope I may one day find a canoe
4, a winter coat....you never know..
5 . A cassette player,
6 . A cassette of recorded waves breaking over the shore...

You can do most of that on your phone.

Oiy that is more than six.

I would take my broken dishwasher, my whistling window, my squeaky boots for starters.

Suntan Cream, I get burnt easily.
Coat, just in case it gets cold.
Mobile Phone, someone to chat to.
A book, in case I get bored.

A CD player.
A few of my favourite CD's. (As I know all the words off by heart I can sing the songs & imagine the CD player is playing them.)
A trunk full of money, in case I get rescued.
A thick blanket, it could be cold.
Bucket & spade, to build sand castles.
My spectacles, so I can see & read the CD song list.

Some paper.
A piece of string.
A clean white hanky.
A safety pin.

That's what I was told to take from an early age anyway. When we were children, we actually took them but they were never any use.

One more item for the island. Hmm! let's think. I know ..A nasal hair trimmer.
