Does anyone know where the music for the 'Glasses Direct' advert comes from? Is it a whole song or just a 'jingle' made for the ad?

I can't put my finger on it. It feels like it is an actual song but that might be because it as been used on previous adverts. It does sound a bit Adam and the Ants too.

Just had a thought, you could try having the subtitles on, sometimes it tells you the song or the artist.

I'll try the subtitle suggestion. Thanks. It seems as if the music should lead into a song but perhaps it is just something written for advert ..maybe by Adam.

At first, it sounds like the start of should I stay or should I go, by the clash.

Ah yes, so I see. Maybe whoever wrote the advert music ought to write a whole song called, 'Glasses Direct'.

It must be cheaper to write a jingle for an ad rather than pay licence fees to others for copyright....

It brings to mind 'Jeans On', which was a hit in the 1970's. This was originally a jingle for the 'Brutus Jeans' advert that eventually became a record.
