She would have been better off paying for them to go to a homeless shelter where they are monitored for this very reason .

What are they wild animals who know no better?
No excuses please.
They are homeless for a reason, it may be their reason is they have wrecked rental homes previously. Some people need to be taught how to live civilised ways.

I think this ungrateful despicable pair should be forced to clean their own pig sty mess. The hotel has taken the easy option and blamed the good Samaritan. Does make one look at the downfalls of doing kindness?

It's likely not just easy option but the legal one too, they go after the person who they can get the money from.

I agree Julie. But I presume the hotel has insurance? But the real recompense would be to make the two filth makers clean up their shite and be overseen until they make a proper job of it.

Agreed. A stay in one of HM's hotels would be too good for animals like them, but horsewhipping, yes, and then allowed to stay a few nights in a pig sty; a suitable accommodation in their case.

So it's all the kindly woman's fault for 'setting them up for failure'? I have to say that it annoys me when do-gooders support people who do not deserve support.

It annoys me more when I give a reason and am accused of supporting the action or excusing it.

Re: A good deed with nasty consequences

The poor women made a humanitarian gesture that was grossly abused and you are making excuses for the ingrats that have brought trouble upset and expense upon her?
