The big no no for many.

They have published an explanation of Article 8, the one used by Migrants, prisoners, detainees etc.

What this clearly shows is that matters are the responsibility of individual nations.

We here in the UK have been blaming it for not being able to deport people or having to pay stupid amounts of money in damages.

The reality is very different, the UK have gone far beyond what Article 8 requires.

Once again, our own stupid fault.
