March Of The Losers!

Sigh! Here we go again with the Losers march for a second referendum in London today.
.
Are these people, complete with their most comfortable walking shoes, so deluded as to believe their action today will make those of us who voted Leave, suddenly see the light! Are they again so deluded that they believe that those who voted Remain are the only ones on the side of good?. Most of the young taking part can’t even see beyond their desire for cheap flights and good French cheeses. They are acting as part of mass hysteria and see Brexit as a disaster, but only because the rest of their pals think so too, and their friends are never wrong!.
Lemmings comes to mind.

Two years on and the foolish, deluded metropolitan crowd leading today’s march, aided by the same media circus, funded of course by the EU, still think they can bully Leavers into submission by trying to convince us we were so wrong to vote Leave, by showing large masses of remain supporting people marching in the capital to show us the correct path, that practically the WHOLE country is now against us wanting to leave the EU dictatorship.

Of course, let's conveniently forget the fact that these same metropolitan elites have despised those outside the bubble, have treated them as irrelevant and of no consequence in their comfortable lifestyles, and treated those who voted to Leave as stupid, thick, ignorant, racist, old, small-minded, poor people, seduced by the likes of Nigel Farage and Aaron Banks, with our delusion of regaining the Empire.
A case of "We will forgive you but you must now follow the righteous path!" Yeah, right!

No doubt, the self-righteousness, metropolitan masses are easily persuaded, but those north of Watford not so easily, as they quickly and shockingly found out.. If those same people marching today still cannot fathom it out yet, what took place in June 2016 was nothing short of a REVOLUTION! They were so cosseted in their own metropolitan bubbles they didn’t realise that the turnout to make our voices heard was massive!

Even now, Remainers simplistic belief for the bombshell result was that the people were angry about austerity and the government. That we were just sticking two fingers up and rolling the dice in our desire to strike at the establishment. As always, they are wrong!

The parts of England that the metropolitan masses have for years, detested and disrespected, had endured enough of being told what to do by those in the capital city, funded by the EU dictatorship and so wrapped up in their own cosy world (just one example - The Arts Council spending £8 in Islington for every £1 it spends in the former coalfields) and that is just one of them. As I have said previously, those outside of the pampered bubble of London, were not just being left behind in prosperity, they were being deliberately left out!

And it is these same arrogant self-righteousness people, no doubt led by the usual motley crew of has-been politicians, has-been celebrities and the Europe loving funded media circus, seriously believing that by marching for a second referendum today, they will somehow persuade Leavers that OK, you made your point, now get behind us, back a second referendum and this time vote correctly!!

Why is it these deluded metropolitans cannot get it into their heads that a second referendum is treachery to democracy in this country. A denial of the fact by the deluded so-called great and good.

I sincerely hope you all get blisters on your feet.

Couldn't agree more SG, it's certainly sad they cannot accept a democratic vote just because they lost. I doubt they know what they are supporting some of them. As you say cheese wine holidays is all they think about, no one worried about a federal government at all.

Hi

Spot on SG.

No Crossrail here, lousy phone signal, slow internet and they do not give a damn.

The benefits have not been shared and they are surprised when we said no more.

The bubble has been burst and it would be an absolute travesty if we allow them to make us stay in the EU.

The best cheese in the world comes from Switzerland.

And the best of bad losers come from all over the UK, just like millions of the staunchest brexiters live in London.

Re: March Of The Losers!

If the remainers could spare the time to look closely at the Financial Stability of the EU they might see that staying in that outfit is not the good idea they think it is.

Italy & Greece in big trouble.

Spain not in a good place (financially).

Germany having a bad year.

France - well "Yellow Jacketed"

Employment in trouble in lots of EU countries.

And on and on.

Why would we want to stay in there?

The Financial Times & The Daily Telegraph are forecasting a EU Break Up.

Hopefully we'll be gone - just in time!

Oh! When they do crash, they'll blame the UK.

You may not have noticed it but we live in a country where there is the right to protest peacefully. That right extends to leavers, remainders, far left, far right, in fact any group or faction that are not deemed to be an illegal organisation.

They are also entitled to their views and are free to express them subject to those views not being legally unacceptable.

There seems to be a common misconception by those who voted to leave the EU that nobody should be allowed to hold or express an opposing view as they won and leavers lost.

Fortunately it doesn’t work like that, get over it,

What would be constructive is if a leaver could come up with just how we will prosper outttide of Europe given its obvious now that our trade deal bargaining strength and capability is very weak and it won’t just be the EU that exploits that weakness

Re: March Of The Losers!

I thought we lived in a country when a party was voted in we accept it and don't protest, I must remember this idea that a democratic vote takes place and for years after we can organise against the winning side. Next government better watch out the rules seem to have changed and we are all allowed now to whinge and whine and protest when they win for two to ten years afterwards.

Re: March Of The Losers!

Hi

Brexit was the vote of the little people.

The day to day sloggers who make this Country work.

Those who suffered from Austerity the worst, not the elite to whom it mattered not a damn.

We need it to go ahead.

What did austerity have to do with the EU?

It was a policy introduced by Cameron’s Government to reduce the UK’s unsustainable borrowing post the 2007 banking crisis and resulting recession which was principally caused by UK and US. Banks

Whilst the EU did enforce a form of austerity on some member states most notably Greece where it was principly due to to untenable fiscal practices and the adoption of the more stable Euro and it was the condition of the loans.

The UK is responsible for UK austerity measures and to use this as a reason why we must exit the EU is completely ludicrous.
