It is the European Parliament that is elected by the people of Europe. The head of the EU Council is elected by the leaders of the states of Europe.

Even his own country hates Donald Tusk. They wouldn't vote for him as EU president.

The failed Prime Minister of Poland who treats his own country like sh1t.

As soon as frans timmermans is nominated, the dutch pm will abstain from voting. That's normal decency and procedure.
