Haha, our youngest grandson (11 months) also had his first encounter on Friday and apparently screamed the grotto down....

Barry I remember that problem well with the first set of twins, one hung on to the beard and wouldn't let go and I had to take the other one out of the room because the screaming was upsetting everyone
