Re: Thank goodness he was found in time

Good ! Some 30 years ago Sheila and I were walking up to Buckden Pike when I went over on my foot and tore a ligament in my ankle. We managed to get back to our B&B in Hubberholme but it was very painful, furthermore I had to drive back to Kettering the next day. That ankle still hurts occasionally.

It looks like a Lurcher.
Poor thing up there with a broken leg I guess it had been chasing rabbits, what a good thing it was found.

I don't think I could have left it there hurt,I would have brought it down with me rather than leave it for another day . I hope the owner takes better care of it .

Re: Thank goodness he was found in time

It's good to know that people care enough to have rescued the poor dog. I'm not sure I would want it going back to it's owners though, they obviously didn't care much about it, hopefully it will be rehomed with people who do care.
