There's no way to limit the number of votes unfortunately, the options are either only one vote, or as many as you like... so if you want to trust people to limit their votes that's ok, but there would be no way to check them.

DM is right about some of the Catsey entries not exactly fitting the theme, but hey, it's just for fun. They usually didn't get many votes either.As far has how many votes, I've always done 3: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Win, Place, Show .... good enough for the Olympics and the track, good enough for me.
If there is a tie, will there be a run-off poll for the winner?
Will the winner get to pick the theme for the next competition?
