There are many things that annoy me. At the risk that they have already been mentioned in this long thread, pretty high up on my list are defaults in all sorts of technical gadgets from small to big ones like cars. It is often beyond me how programmers, technicians, manufactures could have thought that this is how it should be. I know you can't please everybody but I often check with other people what they think about a certain default and more often than not find my beefs confirmed.

The blasted PDF filter light is driving me nuts. It's on more than it's off these days.
Am sat in a garage waiting room the now while the guy does yet another de-soot for me. Had this bother with my last car, it's actually the reason I got rid of it. Now it's started up with my Yeti. I think I may have to bite the bullet and pay to get the damn thing by-passed.
