There is no I in team, that's why its never good to join (or Lead) one, seen enough of that crap, you can't really organise folk, (without threat) nor should you want to.

I join in but I shy away from organising....I'm good at making suggestions and coming up with ideas but I let others take the reins....as someone else said I had enough of it in my working life...

What about military, Fire, Fire, Ambulance Police organisations.
