I recall from many years ago, crushed garlic and onions rubbed into the soles of the feet, or put into socks will ease a tight chest.

In recent times, I've heard different people mention/suggest rubbing Vick into the soles rather than the Chest.

I've heard the stories of Snakes and deadly Spiders that have been found hidden away in a bunch of Bananas at the supermarket

I assumed these tales where just Urban Myths
