Not to mention some subtle media links about Russian meddling in Referenda in Scotland - and Brexit!

Another broadside by the everlast(ing) remainers?

Re: The Blame Game

The UK gov locked-down too late and is opening-up too quickly.

That said, hindsight is (as Barry says above) a wonderful thing.

Hi

Not necessarily all Remainers, Labour are not going to do anything about Brexit.

What annoys me is a lot of the flak is coming from Jeremy Hunt, who was the Health Secretary who did nothing about the original report.

Boris sacked him, they are not best friends.

Re: The Blame Game

I used to like Jeremy Hunt, thought he was a good minister on top of his brief and even voted for him in the conservative leadership election, but his continual sniping in the media against the current leadership is getting pretty tedious.

Re: The Blame Game

It's about time that Boris Johnson's administration received an "official" and critical review of its' shambolic response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has resulted, up to June 30th, in 66,000 "excess" deaths, 45,000 of them directly attributable to the virus, a figure which puts the UK in 2nd position, behind Spain, for the highest death rate in Europe .....

I shall present loaves and fishes at the door of number ten; But I'm not expecting miracles. He's not Jesus is he!
I think Boris has done well under the circumstances, why don't people cut him some slack!...The BBC warned us that an apocalyptical virus of biblical proportions was heading our way, you don't need to be told by Boris or ignore advice because Cummings did....You are responsible for your health, and it's not like we haven't seen a virus before and know how best to avoid catching one. So leave Boris alone and take responsibility for your own health for a change!
