No you didn't.

You said, and I quote:

Care to try again?

I have been talking about the Tories wasting money and nothing of value to show for it. Where has the money gone that's meant to be generating increased prosperity, health and happiness for the population? Increased boatloads of migrants don't tie up with anything I recall as being a desirable outcome for those who wanted change. So where is the value for money? At least there were huge improvements with Labour spending. You could see the country thriving.

There is no vision, no strategy and now with Covid no future under the Tories. I blame those militant idiots who voted in the wrong Milliband and Corbyn in the first place. I don't believe Cameron would have won against David.

That's always been the trouble with labour Annie; Short term paradise, long term disaster. Without a thought of where the money is coming from. Same with our labour council....spend, spend, spend, on big prestige projects while the roads are full of holes...Labour is not your friend Annie.....
And just for the record, I'm not a tory either....Posh Eton Gits!

Re: Miriam's Opinion of Boris

Conservative achievements. Where to start! Pushing the toxic Socialism that had been gaining strength back into the cess pit would be enough even if nothing else.

Obviously getting our sovereignty back was the greatest achievement and from that a great many Good for Britain things will emerge especially once the totally less than useless Labour sabotage clause introduced by Brown ends.

Then in the start of the post Brown came the frictionless transition from the quasi-Socislism agenda to a rational management of the UK domestic economy which cost a bloody fortune in order to avoid social impact and in addition the start of the economic recovery with the widely hated and misunderstood austerity that actually went nowhere near far enough.

Then reform of the UK tax system and rates. The much hated changes to the SARB. Much hated - but much needed.

Then came the Chinese Plague. Took actions based on expert advice rather than political. The experts got it wrong because this biological weapon that escaped is proving to be atypical of any virus encountered before.

So in order to protect the population not only was a national lockdown put in place but the furlough system was introduced to protect the business sector and the population as a whole.

Another great achievement was the ongoing exposure of the shocking New Hatred that still runs through Labour like "Blackpool" in a stick of rock.

And that's just scratching the surface.

None of these are of value to the average person on the street who has had to struggle during years of the Tory wilderness. I'm not a labour supporter by the way just comparing the two.

OK, what did Labour and then Militant / Labour achieve that was so laudable?
