Having listened to the ones UJ has just posted ( two I liked and one I was not so keen on), I am wondering if the music just makes us happy and therefore produces endorphins......
. a chemical naturally, released in the brain to reduce pain, that in large amounts can make you feel relaxed or full of energy.
If the NHS want to save money I would suggest they do more research on this, and possibly reduce the amount of money that is spent on quite a few pharmaceutical drugs.

I've bought from these people in the past Twink.
They used to have a good selection of music and you can hear tracks of it online before you buy.
