Re: Fungal Nail Infection

ive had this for a few years now , and i refuse to pay out on the cost of treatment which is almost £20. Its not spread i have no pain so I just let it be .

Having said that i might try Myrtles remedy if its cheap enough .
Let me know OS if it works on you

The best easiest and cheapest treatment is ordinary household bleach.
Use undiluted night and morning directly on the toe nails, until the fungus is dead and gone.

Ask your GP for a prescription for "Trosid" Tioconazole.

and treat it as instructions.

I use it just now and then, to stop the problem before it starts.

Re: Fungal Nail Infection

I'm a retired foot health care professional and the best and cheapest is as mentioned a couple of times tea tree oil . Apply daily for at least a week then a couple of times a week . It will take a minimum of 6 months to clear . Tea tree oil can be bought for £3 in superdrug . Get the full strength and not diluted with other oils .

Malcolm suggested bleach , personally I wouldn't do this but up to the individual of course .

How does that one work Malcolm?
Do you need replacement toe nails after.

Re: Fungal Nail Infection

Thanks for all your answers. I'll give the Tea Tree Oil a go.
