Me a happie chappie

What a day! At the the hospital by 9am and out at mid day today, place was full of people. The good news is I am now able to start reducing the number of drops for the really bad eye that was operated on .Gradualy reduce from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 and finish last week. The other eye NO OPERATION yippee just keep having drops twice a day . pressure down to 4 and 10 respectively so really god news but still can't get my driving licence back so it seems.

Realspeed, you can always get a bus if you don't get you driving licence back, but it is great news that your eyes are improving

Thank all of you for your replies. Yes the worry has been lifted somewhat, will have to go back in about 5 weeks time for another checkup

Sue and I went for a pub meal and Kate the waitress (we have known her for years) tells us she is getting married next year ,she had a bad time with her previous boyfriend. Sue and I are well happy for her she deserves something good at last, we have a good idea of what she went through with her ex. she told us all about it. Think talking to someone not involved helped her a lot .


Of course old smooth talking me will now have to cross her off my list of available women
