It would be a very good move but maybe not during the run up to the election.The whole Assange thing was very cack-handed by Barack Hussein. If he had metaphorically just shrugged and limited any comments to something like "these things are normal in all international relations - nothing to see here --- next?" it would have blown over in a matter of hours.
But he didn't. Too conceited. Pratt.
