Well done Annie, I think we will both live longer having stopped. I stopped on the day I had my heart attack in 2004. I have never really thought about wanting to smoke after that day...Although I never suffered with a bad chest or breathing problems (I ran my best stuff as a smoker) It was put down mainly to hereditary reasons. My Dad also suffered a heart attack in his fifties. But I suppose anybody with any sense realises just how bad sucking smoke and pollutants into the lungs is, and should be avoided.....I'm glad I stopped.
