On the work top, kettle toaster, and water filter on one side (with various other bits of crap, including spice racks, tea towels, and a blender - hardly used).The other side, a combi micro on a shelf, and underneath is my mini oven, which I use every day.
I don’t have much counter space, either. Slow cooker, hand mixer and scales are in a drawer.

All are used regularly - there is no room for anything in my kitchen that does not earn it's place.
