An Easter Tree

I've only seen one once before.
The hotel I stayed in this weekend had one in the foyer
It was really beautiful
Made it feel like spring had truly arrived!

Do you have one or have you ever put one up in your home?

Re: An Easter Tree

Not an Easter Tree, but I do have a Memory Tree where I hang memorabilia from family and pets who have died.

Not a very good pic due to the light behind.

Nicol that's a lovely idea.
Do you leave it up all year round?

The Forsythia has just come into bloom in my garden,
that is my Easter tree...

(Picture take last year, not sure where my camera is but it looks the same now)

Wow! That's a beauty
I love yellow
I can't wear it but the colour itself is so vibrant and positive isn't it?

Yes, it stays up permanently, sits in the bay window. It's a bit of a shrine type area really come to think of it, there are photos of the departed and also some ashes tucked out the way!

I occasionally dress it up at Christmas if I can muster the enthusiasm

I can't wear yellow either, it makes me look jaundiced.
The 'tree' was a twig I purchased for 50pence when Woolworths closed down

Re: An Easter Tree

My MIL had a very small one, which was made out of Wood and the eggs were also wood but decorated and it came from Germany, her friend who was German bought it for her.
