I know, don't tell Uncle Joe, he may think he has competition.

It's not a usual midweek meal and the rest of the pork will be sliced and some given to my grandson for his sandwiches for work and the rest will be frozen for a sandwich or two for us.

By the way, my husband drunk the beer

I prefer wine but not during the week.

Too late Mall darlin' - I'm now back from my jaunt in Ireland and have noticed the joint - it looks real delicious, so $64,000 question - where's my slice???
