Wedding invite

I have just been invited to a Hindu Wedding.

What on earth should I wear? I'm afraid I'm not really into posh clothes.

Re: Wedding invite

I think the coplours balck or white should be avoided.

Go for colour. Avoid showing too much boob or leg but use lots of accessories, bangles or beads.

Above all else, wear something that you feel comfortable in and smile....

I doesn't matter what you wear, except for leather. By the way, don't take any beef burgers to the reception.

I agree with Cass - colour is the thing - other than that its you they have invited not your clothes

How wonderful!

It can take a long time - so wear something comfortable - not white, as that is for funerals. You may be asked to remove your shoes in the temple.
