Re: Mens Wedding Rings.

No my husband said he didn't want one after coming a cropper when he was fishing it was way before we met but he said the hook somehow got caught in the ring on his finger as he was casting out. just asked him what happened and he said it ended up in 8 foot of water.
His hands were very cold that is why it came off.

Used to, but took it of after nearly loosing my finger at work. Left it with her when we got divorced.

Jim always wore a wedding ring although it seemed to be a 50/50 split of those who did and those who didn't back in the 60s. Now I think 99% of men wear them.

Mr Clumsy doesn't have a wedding ring, the only jewellery you would catch him wearing is a watch. My first husband didn't have one either. I don't wear my wedding ring, it stays in it's box along with engagement and other rings. Simple uncomplicated reason, I cannot stand wearing rings, they irritate me, I fiddle with them, I lose them. I rarely if ever wear them.

Re: Mens Wedding Rings.

My late husband was not one for wearing any kind of jewellery. A wristwatch was essential but that's all. (*groans* yes he did wear clothes !).

Dad had a gold signet ring which he wore sometimes; sadly it was stolen when Mum was burgled.

I re-married last year, my new hubby's wedding ring is a titanium ring with a Celtic design, he didn't fancy a gold one.

Re: Mens Wedding Rings.

Hubby got a wedding ring when we married but after years of lifting heavy boxes and shifting stock around in a freezer he got very misshapen it is now in my jewellery box with my engagement ring and wedding ring.

I too cannot stand wearing rings, I sit twisting them until I finally take them off. If we are going any where special I do put them on.

Mr A wears a wedding ring, white gold and has done since we married 44 years ago.
Although have to say it is looking a bit battered now.

My husband didn't wear a wedding ring, he'd have never wanted to. My dad didn't wear one either. But my son alway wore one. I've never noticed whether my eldest daughter's husband wears one, I shall have to look next time I see him.
