Ambitious, upper management colleagues who tell you how great a job you're doing
Then, when they ask you your opinion about something, they're clearly not "even" bothered enough to actually listen to your point of view.

Sometimes I feel like talking about the weather...

Lots of things make me want to roll my eyes but I try not to roll my eyes so people see but silently I hope they step barefoot on a Lego
