Pippit RIP with Charly. In all my years with horses I have never met a bond between horse and owner like they had. Pippit would attack anyone but would never even lay an ear back at Charly. She even produced milk for Charly.

Oh! I love horses I wish I had learned to ride when I was younger, that's one of my biggest regrets.

They are wonderful pics, MM, a trip down Memory Lane for you. The Shetland ponies are so adorable.

Ah, gorgeous beasts, and what wonderful memories.

Sadly my riding days are over thanks to rotten arthritis but I also have many happy memories - and a few painful ones too

What beautiful horses. I love seeing horses but am terrified of them!! You must have lovely memories of those who have passed to the Bridge, may they alway RIP.
