You sure will be! So weak that you cannot make any demand. Just have to accept any deal on offer. That is not what your country deserves.

Of course you will not need artifical demand. You will need to demand pricereductions etc in negotiations. But not be able to.

Re: What do you really want?

Hi

I wanted us to stay in and tell Merkel and Macron to Sod Off.

We are having none of it.

Chuck our weight around, no more integration, no need to join the Euro and sod you.

We signed up for a simple Free Market, we are still in favour of that, but things have changed.

That had Benefits for All, the EU in it's present form does not.

It is run for the benefit of France and Germany. neither of which conform to Euro Monetary Rules.

Not on, our Politicians were too weak to tell you to sod off, the average voter did not, they voted leave.

Accept that and get on with it.

If you want us to stay in, change your rules.

If not, out we go.

I am a fan of the EEC, it makes sense.

I am not a fan of the EU and I absolutely loath Juncker and Co.

On television here, an "expert on the UK" uttered a severe warning:
"What we get is comparable to germany in the weimar time. We get at our borders (of the EU) a highly frustrated and humiliated country, that is still one of the largest military forces in the world. That is very dangerous".
Having seen the enthousiasm on this forum for AfD speeches, I wonder. What do you think. Will being "just fine" enough or can we expect the UK at our doors?

Yeah, yeah. We have heard that incessantly. Put your mouth where etc.

But after you finally have left and are destitute, in a few years. Do you think a strong leader (farage?) will be able to bring the masses in motion? To get the support to conquer the french, to squash the germans?

Your knowledge of European history seems somewhat lacking. The Fench were defeated not once but by my count five times (Agincourt, Crecy, The Peninsular war, Trafalgar, & Waterloo), as for Germany they were defeated twice in world wars.
