Chinese Writing/Symbols

Does any one know how to draw Chinese Symbols? I have been trying to copy of the Internet, but not very good at it.

Print them off and get some good oldfashioned tracing paper. It's a bit of a cheat but could work until you get your hand in.

When my daughter was at university she went to a tattooist with fellow students - not a good idea if you've been partying beforehand. She chose Chinese symbols for 'strength' and had a tattoo on her foot. Some time later she was chatted up by a young Chinese boy who insisted on calling her Sue. When she asked him why he said, "Your name is on your foot!"
P.S. My friend taught herself Chinese calligraphy from a book. I think she copied them using a calligraphy pen.

Yes CG, I was also thinking about that, I have also got a print in a Frame with the name of Billy, is it true though?

I have just placed an order on ebay for a Chinese Calligraphy set, when it comes I will go to the library and get a beginners book out, on how to use it.

Go to the language teaching section of a large book store and look for a book called Pocket Kanji (Japanese for Chinese characters) Guide. It Will show you all the characters and, most importantly, the stroke order. Good luck.
