Really hot here today and sat out for a little while.Got some work done in the back garden where its cooler.

Another HOT day ahead.Going shopping first thing,so I can park under the trees for shade.
Poor dog is suffering in this heat.Had the fan going in the bedroom last night,wrapped a wet towel around him for a bit that seemed to help.

We dunked Lexi in the paddling pool last night, but she wasn't over impressed! I thought she'd love to get in that, but perhaps there were too many feet in there already......

Off to do some shopping. Morrisons in Leominster is always on the chilly side and I've had the aircon in Rob's truck mended!

Another hot one but a bit of a breeze now so its more comfortable .
G/daughter phoned from Aus and said its freezing there.

Me too Jac, used to lie on Langland beach, smothered in olive oil and toast - probably smelt like a chip shop. I am now sitting here with a cold wet cloth round the back of my neck. Wish I'd thought of doing this before! Think we're going to miss the storms forecast for tonight.

Much cooler this morning - cardigan on to walk the dog! Have just read my last post "smothered in olive oil and toast". Perhaps there should have been a hyphen between "oil - and toast"!!

Good morning cooler here today and no storms last night either. I think we're all the same now regarding lying in the sun. On holiday I lie under an umbrella and then lie in the sun for ten minutes. Off to visit my friend today and then some shopping.
