Yes,why not?, the Men have held the reins all to themselves for long enough, time to give the Women a chance at the top, they couldn't do any worse that's for sure. However I think it's all a bit too late now, the attendance figures of church goers from all Christian Churches has plummeted, a bit like letting them into the orchard when all the apples have been picked. I could never understand why Women were never allowed to participate fully in the running of any Church right from the start.

But sure they did Jim matey, wasn't it the women who made the teas, and decorated the church with the flowers????
