It will be a cloudy cold day here. I did get into bed last night and slept 4 hours, it was very difficult to get in and out but did it. Progress! hope all of you have a nice day.

That is a very common scam and you did right to call that bank first.

Golden rule is if any email asks for your bank details it is a scam.

Good morning fellow members a lovely morning better than promised.

The family are back safe and sound from a holiday in Cyprus the youngest is coming for a 'Nanna morning' with fish pie (her favourite food) on a Thursday.

This morning I am making tomato baguettes to go with the soup so all back to normal.

buenas dias all. A grey dull morning, we had overnight rain again, not heavy and not cold. Some jobs to deal with today, first to the Brit post office to complain about the parcel posted on 6th October not yet arrived, probably never will arrive now, no doubt someone somewhere has got some very nice baby outfits that don´t belong to them. This isn´t the first time parcels sent Brit post have gone missing, I don´t think I will be using it again, I´ll just stand for an hour in the queue at Correos, at least nothing has gone missing yet when sent from there. Have a pleasant day all.

Good morning all. I'm just back from A&E with hubby. He's been awake all night with pain in his knee so I thought it best to take him there. It's been diagnosed as bursitis. He’s just taken the first of the antibiotics that were prescribed for him and I have instructions to take him straight back to A&E if it gets any worse.

He’s lying on the sofa now with an ice pack on his knee.

I'm expecting Paula to be dropping the grandchildren off anytime now so a busy day ahead for me.

Nice and bright out if a little chilly. Got my thicker coats out put one on this morning as it was well needed.
